Questions we are asked most often
What is your minimum order quantity?
One 20 ft container for standard specifications. For a first order we can consolidate panels, H20 beams and accessories into the same container so a trial load is still economical.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We courier physical samples — typically a cut panel showing the face and the sealed edge. Sample cost is credited against your first order.
What are your payment terms?
T/T with 30% deposit and the balance against the bill of lading copy. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger contracts.
Which ports do you load from?
Qingdao and Lianyungang. We quote FOB, CFR and CIF, and will advise which port and routing gives you the lowest landed cost.
Can you print our own brand on the panels?
Yes — brand printing on the film, edge stamping and custom sheet sizes are all available from a realistic minimum. Send us the artwork and we will confirm the plate cost.
How long does production take?
15 to 25 days after deposit for standard specifications, longer for custom film, custom sizes or peak season. The schedule is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Do you arrange third-party inspection?
We do, and we welcome it. SGS, BV, TÜV or your own nominated inspector can attend production or container loading.
