Shandong Berta Supply Chain Co., Ltd. is a plywood manufacturer and export house based in Linyi, Shandong — the centre of China’s plywood industry. We build formwork and commercial plywood for importers, distributors and construction groups across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
We are not a trading desk that buys whatever is available that week. Our panels are produced to our own specifications on lines we work with continuously, bonded with the film and glue lines our customers specify, and inspected before they are packed. That is why the second container matches the first.
Three jobs, done properly
We build the boards
Panels are produced to our own specifications on pressing lines we work with continuously — veneer selection, glue line, film weight and pressing cycle all fixed in advance.
We control the quality
Every batch is checked for thickness tolerance, glue bond, film adhesion and edge sealing. Third-party inspection is arranged whenever a customer wants independent eyes on it.
We handle the export
Packing to withstand the voyage, container loading with photographs, and the complete document set — CE DoP, test reports, CO, packing list and bill of lading.
The checks that decide whether the container is right
Incoming veneer
Species, moisture content and thickness of every veneer batch are checked before it goes to the glue spreader.
Glue bond
Bond class test pieces are taken from production and tested to EN 314-2. WBP Class 3 for exterior formwork.
Thickness and flatness
Calibrated callipers through the run; panels that fall outside ±0.3 mm do not get packed.
Edges and film
Film adhesion, edge sealing quality and face defects are inspected on the finishing line.
Before packing
A final visual check of the packed pallet, with photographs kept on file against the container number.
Independent inspection
SGS, BV or TÜV can be booked to witness production or loading — your choice, your inspector.
