Brown Film Faced Plywood 18 mm
Phenolic film faced panels with a boil-proof WBP glue line for reusable concrete formwork.
- Boil-proof WBP Class 3 glue line
- Phenolic film on both faces
- The core holds screw and nail fixings without splitting
- Sealed edges slow moisture ingress on site
Brown film faced plywood is the workhorse of the range. The core is laid up from selected poplar veneers, bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin and hot pressed under high pressure, then faced on both sides with phenolic film so the panel resists water, alkalis and repeated stripping.
It is the panel most of our European and Gulf customers reorder quarter after quarter: dimensionally stable, easy to cut on site, and consistent from container to container. Anti-slip mesh is available on the face for inclined and vertical applications.
